Job Summary
Detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to support daily treasury, banking, insurance, and compliance functions across international operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional and overseas teams. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts, managing day-to-day relationships with financial institutions, assisting with payment verification and petty cash, preparing LC documentation, supporting bank account openings and online banking setup, performing bank reconciliations, coordinating with overseas teams (China, Taiwan, Philippines) on treasury issues, assisting with audits and regulatory compliance, coordinating with internal departments on financial matters, supporting insurance administration, and handling sublease rent schedules and operating expense reports in coordination with real estate, monitoring company credit card activity, and performing ad hoc treasury tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 0+ years of accounting, treasury, or finance experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information
