Job Summary
Senior Treasury Accountant responsible for performing and overseeing cash, securities and balance sheet reconciliations, and for contributing to technical matters and team leadership within State Street Markets. Responsibilities include timely reconciliations across Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income securities and derivatives; adherence to processes, controls, and documentation; participation in system and product development, testing, and implementation; collaboration with middle office, counterparties, traders, banks, and internal/external teams; and supporting complex exception resolution and process improvements. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or higher) with at least 5 years in financial services, strong English (B2), and advanced MS Excel/Word skills. Hybrid work model with three days in the office per week in Krakow, Poland. The minimum salary quoted applies to the primary location; salary discussions will reflect location and other factors. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or higher
- 5 years of professional experience in financial services
- Experience in banking field and knowledge of banking products and reconciliations
- Advanced English (B2)
- MS Office proficiency ( Excel, Word )
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Pro-active approach and initiative
