Treasury Accountant

Job Summary
Process and manage daily wire and ACH payments while performing daily cash reconciliation across treasury management products. Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and month-end close adjustments to support financial statement preparation and management reporting packages in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, systems, and data accuracy, and coordinate payment dispute resolutions with banking partners. Assist with fraud prevention measures including Positive Pay and related controls. This role bridges Treasury and Accounting departments at One Park Financial, a fintech company empowering small businesses with flexible financing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work on-site from our office in Coconut Grove, FL five (5) days per week
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or a related area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (U.S. GAAP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with treasury services (wire, ACH, RDC, Positive Pay) is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
