Job Summary
Analyze the treasury monthly P&L, including drivers of interest charges and foreign exchange gains and losses. Prepare the Group Interest Budget, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. Own all external treasury reporting, including SEC disclosures, 6-K, and 20-F filings using Workiva. Provide accounting support for refinancing transactions and drive financial benefits through clear derivative accounting policies. Serve as the primary contact for PwC on all treasury activities and ensure compliance with Group Treasury policies. Prepare derivative valuations and hedge effectiveness calculations, manage FX exposures, and oversee hedge accounting documentation. Support debt transfer pricing modeling, implement regulatory changes, and drive process improvements within the Treasury function.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SEC regulatory impacts, 6-K and 20-F reporting
- Experience using Workiva and SEC search tools
- Understanding of cash flow hedge reserve and hedge accounting
- Knowledge of Group Treasury (and accounting) policies
- Experience with Treasury SOX RACM
- Ability to prepare derivative valuations / hedge effectiveness calculations
- Experience with Bloomberg/reval/other tools
- Understanding of accounting for all FX exposures
- Experience with debt transfer pricing policy and WACC modelling
- Experience with off-market CCIRS model
