Job Summary
Manage daily liquidity positions and cash balances across multiple currencies and jurisdictions. Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily cash flow forecasts for assigned markets while ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational, regulatory, and commercial requirements. Support the payouts team by executing timely merchant, vendor, and intercompany settlements, identifying funding gaps, and optimizing global liquidity utilization. Monitor foreign exchange exposures and support FX execution, perform required SOX controls, and evidence treasury governance procedures. Execute transactions using multiple banking platforms and payment systems, and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale treasury processes using technology and data. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability, supporting systems implementations and integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related discipline (Essential)
- 4–7 years' treasury experience within banking, fintech or financial services
- Experience managing liquidity across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
- Experience supporting high-volume payment operations and cross-border payment flows
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
- Strong understanding of liquidity management, cash forecasting and treasury operations
- Knowledge of foreign exchange markets, currency exposure management and FX settlement processes
- Experience using multiple banking platforms and payment portals
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a multinational organisation (Advantageous)
- Experience within a fintech or payments environment (Highly Advantageous)
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, FIS, GTreasury or similar) is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and operational excellence
- Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset
