Job Summary
The Trades Worker, Multi assists in a broad range of maintenance and repairs across district facilities, performing tasks such as repairing carpentry, plumbing, electrical wiring, drywall, masonry, painting, HVAC, roofing, and related minor maintenance under direction; coordinates with school staff on materials and scheduling, maintains inventory records for tools and equipment, operates hand and power tools safely, and participates in after-hours emergency call-outs and district-required training.
Required Qualifications
- Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in two (2) or more trades
- Possession of a valid Class E driver’s license
- Testing: eligibility for interview requires the successful passing of a written and/or physical test verifying knowledge of basic terms and/or tools and their use
