Job Summary
Lead the TRD QA Head CMC team in Basel by ensuring quality oversight of the CMC project portfolio, managing resources and budget, and driving GMP standards in development environments. Direct senior associates and local leads to build high-performing teams, conduct performance management, and foster a culture of quality, high performance, and trust. Actively drive the TRD QA strategy for NCE Basel, align with global partners, and represent the team in project development gate meetings. Provide expert guidance on Novartis standards and health agency regulations, trigger escalations for compliance issues, and ensure regulatory readiness while balancing operational excellence with strategic risk management.
