Job Summary
Assist the supervising pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions, including receiving electronic and written orders, keying data, typing labels, retrieving medications from stock, and using a unit-dose heat sealing system. Handle patient contact via telephone and in person, collect payment for prescriptions and items, and process daily bank deposits. Manage pharmacy and orthocare billing procedures for Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party payors, while maintaining inventory, placing vendor orders, and filing records. Perform daily medication deliveries and obtain supplies from outside sources as needed. Requires an associate's degree or high school diploma with two years of medical/pharmacy experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in computer skills. Hourly rate of $19.60.

- two (2) years experience working in a medical, pharmacy, DME or related setting
