Job Summary
Oversee human resources operations for The Resource Center and Allied Industries, including developing agency policies, enforcing federal and state regulations, and managing recruitment efforts. Supervise administrative staff by handling hiring, firing, discipline, performance evaluations, and training while ensuring departmental adherence to all personnel laws and internal procedures. Conduct staff meetings as needed and maintain positive relationships across multiple channels to resolve conflicts and support a diverse workforce. Interpret data to drive compensation and benefit design decisions while managing competing priorities and working under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related business field
- two (2) years professional experience in Human Resources
- minimum of one (1) year serving in a management/supervisory and/or administrative capacity
- Bachelors Degree
- four (4) years professional experience in Human Resources
- minimum of two (2) years serving in a management/supervisory and/or administrative capacity
- excellent interpersonal and written/oral/presentation skills
- demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, executive management, and external customers/vendors
- Commitment to developing and maintaining positive relationships across multiple channels
