Job Summary
Build and optimize technician schedules by coordinating assignments based on project requirements, skill sets, and client preferences. Secure the right talent by sourcing freelance contract labor, negotiating rates within guidelines, and aligning staffing with event timelines. Maintain resource data, review quotes for accuracy, and communicate critical scheduling information through email, text, and internal systems. Coordinate travel arrangements for personnel and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure efficient labor allocation. Participate in an on-call rotation supporting labor coordination needs. This role supports live event execution at LMG, a full-service event technology provider for Fortune 500 companies.
Required Qualifications
