Trayline Team Lead - Full Time, Evenings (Allentown Campus)

Lead and supervise Food and Nutrition Services activities for the tray line, cafeteria, patient service and sanitation areas at the Allentown campus. Assign personnel to ensure coverage of all tray line, cafeteria, patient service and sanitation positions, monitor performance, correct issues, and ensure compliance with department policies. Oversee pre-service checklists, ensure proper temperatures and stocking of serving equipment, approve substitutions when necessary, oversee timely, attractive meal service, and maintain sanitation and proper labeling of special orders and diets. Requires supervisory responsibility in a hospital food service environment and effective communication in English; includes walking and standing for extended periods and handling typical kitchen equipment. Strong emphasis on teamwork, training, and ensuring high-quality patient dining experiences.
