Job Summary
Ensure successful execution of department operations by aligning procedures, people, and resources to meet quality, efficiency, and safety goals on the night shift. Fulfill orders with correct daily staffing while adhering to standard operating procedures and good production practices. Monitor product quality and packaging specifications, execute plans to address defects, and correct deviations per food safety regulations. Meet department metrics including BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade %. Follow Human Resources and safety policies, complete Kronos and Oracle HCM time off requests, and finish required safety and certification training. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management, or Business.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years' demonstrated supervisory experience
- previous poultry experience
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) knowledge and experience
- USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management and/or Business
