Tray Pack/CVP Supervisor Production - 2nd Shift - Cumming, GA

Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, verify USDA inspections, and oversee various processing operations. Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring every position is filled before start-up and that all machinery performs to the highest standard. Oversee team member morning exercises, job rotation, and ergonomics; conduct training, counseling, and retention efforts to build the best team possible. Solve problems with other supervisors, manage inventory rotation and product coding, and communicate company benefits and compensation policies to Team Members. Perform other responsibilities as needed.
