Job Summary
Tray Hostess at Bibb Medical Center handles collecting and clearing patient trays, maintains a clean dining area, and provides courteous service to patients, visitors, and staff. Supports organized distribution of clean trays, aids in meal service and tray turnover, coordinates with kitchen and cafeteria staff, and reports maintenance or cleanliness issues while adhering to hospital hygiene, safety, and patient confidentiality policies. Strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, multitasking, and maintaining a hygienic environment. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
Required Qualifications
