Job Summary
Tray Fitter responsible for installing cable trays (ladder type, perforated, solid bottom) on HVAC/MEP projects. Performs cutting, bending, drilling, and assembly of tray systems, fixes supports/hangers/brackets for tray installation, reads HVAC/mechanical drawings and layout plans, ensures alignment/leveling/routing, coordinates with electricians/HVAC technicians/site engineers, follows safety rules and toolbox talks, conducts modifications per site conditions, and maintains tools/equipment. Requires 2–5 years’ experience in HVAC/MEP/electrical installation, ITI or relevant education, ability to read technical drawings, readiness for offshore/desert site work, and strong teamwork/communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / relevant educational background
- 2–5 years in HVAC / MEP / electrical installation works.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and site layouts.
- Physically fit for site-based work at heights and confined spaces.
- Willingness to work in remote locations, including offshore or desert environments.
