Conduct detailed discussions with client stakeholders to gather business needs, functional requirements, and integration points. Assess requirements against product capabilities to identify gaps and recommend configurations or customizations for out-of-the-box solutions like Temenos T24 or Kyriba. Create and manage implementation backlogs, prioritize tasks, and align with project timelines. Install and configure product components, set up workflows, and parameterize features to meet client-specific needs. Implement interfaces using APIs and messaging frameworks, prepare data mapping templates, and execute migration scripts while validating integrity. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing, troubleshoot defects, and manage cutover activities for Go-Live and hypercare support. Collaborate with client IT teams, vendor specialists, and internal QA/DevOps groups to ensure seamless delivery. Prepare configuration guides, SOPs, and deliver training sessions for client teams.
