Job Summary
Travelling Food Service role responsible for the overall preparation and distribution of breakfast, lunch and snacks across multiple centers in Erie. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing meals per established menus, maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen, monitoring waste, adhering to CACFP regulations, cleaning and sanitizing food service areas, managing inventory, and accommodating allergies. Occasional classroom assistance and front-desk tasks may be required to support staff coverage. Requires reliable transportation and willingness to travel between centers; hours are 6:30am–3:00pm, Monday–Friday. Benefits include PTO, holidays, insurance, and childcare discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service industry, specifically food preparation or cooking
- Must possess or obtain required state and federal clearances
