Job Summary
Traveling University Recruiter role based in Los Angeles or Sacramento, CA, with heavy travel to universities nationwide during recruitment seasons. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline, or comparable experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to travel during academic year (September to November & January to April), up to 60% of the year, is required
- Reliable form of transportation and valid driver's license
- Excellent project management skills, as well as written and oral communication
- Excellent presentation skills, in small and large group settings
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions
- Demonstrated ability to operate on a national, multi-location level
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
