Job Summary
Operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosing and treating medical conditions, with a focus on maternal-fetal medicine and high-risk obstetrics. Utilize GE systems and PACS technology while maintaining ARDMS OB/GYN certification and BLS credentials. Work a 4x10-hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with no on-call rotation required, though floating between like departments may occur. Required Qualifications
- National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
- BLS Certification
- ARDMS OB/GYN certification
- Experience in maternal fetal medicine
- Experience with high-risk OB and obstetrics
- Experience with GE and PACS
