Job Summary
Traveling Tent Installer with mechanical aptitude sought to set up and service equipment in the Houston, TX region. Responsibilities include equipment setup, on-site service and maintenance of large tents, fencing, flooring, turn-styles, and related rental equipment; performing inspections, troubleshooting with diagnostic tools, and applying electrical and hydraulic knowledge to resolve issues. Maintain documentation and assist with equipment pick-up/delivery; adhere to OSHA requirements (OSHA 30 preferred); year-round OEM training provided; travel required out-of-state for majority of weeks; must own suitable tools; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; safety-sensitive position with drug screening. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, or equivalent
- Active applicable state driver’s license
- Must own tools
- Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Schematics and diagrams understanding
- Construction knowledge and background preferred
