Job Summary
Traveling Superintendent responsible for overseeing ground-up industrial construction projects, specializing in tilt-wall and concrete panel construction for large facilities. Lead field operations across multiple sites, manage schedules and budgets, enforce safety and quality, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, and liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project goals. Requires reading and interpreting blueprints, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to travel nationwide. OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in large-scale warehouse, distribution, and cold storage projects
- Extensive expertise in tilt-wall construction and large concrete structures
- Proven track record of managing industrial projects over 200,000 sq. ft.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software, safety compliance, and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required by project assignments
- OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
