Job Summary
Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout by maintaining OSHA-compliant jobsites, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring subcontractor compliance. Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, manage site logistics, and monitor progress to support schedule adherence. Review drawings, specifications, and RFIs while maintaining daily reports and documentation. Ensure work meets project plans by coordinating inspections, testing, and punch list activities to resolve field issues proactively. Serve as the primary field contact for owners, architects, and trade partners, leading coordination meetings and fostering client relationships. This role requires travel across diverse geographic markets and is open to legally authorized U.S. workers only.
Required Qualifications
- Travel is a must
- Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project priorities
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application
