Job Summary
Supervise crews of electrical and instrumentation technicians to ensure projects complete on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Establish electrical safety standards, interpret blueprints and schematics, and manage daily departmental activities including scheduling, hiring, and training. Develop resource plans, coordinate procurement, and control costs by implementing best practices while monitoring progress and addressing risks. Engage in business development, attend progress meetings, and estimate change orders as needed. Maintain professional industry relationships and ensure compliance with safety programs and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an electrical foreman or superintendent
- Minimum 5 years successfully leading highly innovative and productive EE teams
- Must be fluent in the use of MS Office and other software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills
- Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Standard First Aid/CPR with AED, OSHA 30, and Safeland
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Completion of a criminal background check
- Verification of a clean driving record
