As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and conducting inventory checks during the project. You need to effectively delegate duties and resolve on-site issues.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience
- Ability to oversee the construction project from start to finish
- Strong understanding of construction operations and processes
- Ability to delegate duties effectively
- Must be willing to travel regionally
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel and ProCore
- Experience in Multifamily, Medical, Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Restaurant and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement projects
