Job Summary
In the role of Traveling Superintendent, you will oversee various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety while managing subcontractors and inventory. You are expected to lead safety measures on site, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience
- Must be willing to travel regionally
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel and ProCore
- Project experience in Multifamily, Medical, Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Restaurant and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement
