Job Summary
Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects in Texas, overseeing subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality control, and site logistics. Coordinate with Project Managers, ownership groups, architects, and inspectors through all project phases; conduct site meetings, maintain project documentation, and proactively resolve field challenges. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and aligned with company standards and client expectations. Requires 5+ years of superintendent experience in multifamily construction and willingness to travel extensively throughout Texas. Proficiency in construction sequencing, scheduling, inspections, and safety compliance; demonstrated leadership in managing subcontractors and maintaining project momentum in fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor focused on multifamily construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up apartment projects from start to finish
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Texas based on project needs
