Job Summary
Oversee and supervise all field crew members, including foremen and laborers, while developing site logistics plans and coordinating construction sequencing. Direct project operations, manage budgets, and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure safe working environments by promoting OSHA standards and resolving construction problems through collaboration with engineers and inspectors. Schedule subcontractors, manage material deliveries, and assist in shop drawing processes and bidding opportunities. Requires 5+ years of experience with large-scale commercial or multi-family projects, proficiency in reading contract documents, and strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' related experience with large scale commercial, design build or multi family construction project operations
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Must be able to read plans
- Strong knowledge of various DOT specifications and standards
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- All candidates agree to complete an assessment for selection and pre-employment drug screen
