As a Traveling Superintendent specializing in healthcare construction, you'll oversee all project phases and ensure compliance with safety regulations. We seek a candidate with proven leadership and extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, particularly in healthcare settings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare construction.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Familiarity with OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid, ICRA, and other relevant safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to travel extensively and adapt to different project sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field would be a plus.
