Job Summary
Traveling Superintendent to oversee day-to-day on-site field operations for multi-family and commercial construction projects in the Cheyenne, WY region. Lead and coordinate subcontractors and field crews, enforce OSHA safety standards and quality controls, and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and building codes. Partner with Project Managers to align on goals, schedules, budgets, and client expectations; conduct daily/weekly site meetings; maintain accurate daily logs and progress reports; resolve field issues in coordination with the PM; support scheduling, logistics, and resource planning; participate in project closeout and turnover. Requires 7–10 years of field leadership experience, strong multi-family construction background, OSHA certification, proficiency with construction technology tools (Procore preferred, Bluebeam), and excellent communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel within the Cheyenne, WY region; clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7–10 years of field experience in construction, with proven leadership as a Superintendent or Foreman
- Strong experience in multi-family construction; additional experience in commercial general contracting required
- Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety requirements
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field crews effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate as a team partner with Project Managers
- OSHA certification required; other industry safety credentials are a plus
- Ability to travel within the Cheyenne, WY region as needed
- Clean driving record
