Job Summary
Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial tenant-improvement projects across Texas, managing schedules, subcontractors, quality, safety, and client expectations from project startup through closeout. Lead subcontractor meetings, conduct daily site inspections, coordinate vendors and field personnel, maintain budgets and schedules with Project Managers, ensure work complies with plans and company standards, and build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners. Must live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area; first project in San Antonio. Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office) and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. OSHA certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Strong tenant improvement experience required
