Traveling Superintendent (Commercial)

Lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide, coordinating directly with project managers, subcontractors, landlords, and brand representatives; drive project schedules, manage safety programs per OSHA, conduct quality inspections, own punch list and close-out through certificate of occupancy, and provide direction to field personnel. Must be able to travel and work extended assignments away from home; experience with retail/tenant-improvement sites and familiarity with brand standards and landlord coordination are preferred.
