Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. This traveling position requires regular travel as a primary requirement, with various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time including overnight hotel stays. Perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs while maintaining a safety-first mentality in a retail environment. Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
