Job Summary
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs while traveling up to 50% of the time with overnight stays. Perform physical work including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Work independently with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
- Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time
