Required Qualifications

• •Valid Journeyman License, Electrician Certification, or equivalent per state/local requirements (e.g., Wireman License)
• •Proven background in electrical installation, repair, and replacing residential electrical services and distribution panels
• •Hands-on experience with wiring systems up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC
• •Deep working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• •Must be at least 21 years old
• •Valid driver's license
• •Clean driving record (ability to pass a driving background check)
• •Strong commitment to safety protocols
• •Ability to regularly transport materials and equipment up to 50 lbs (and up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• •Comfortable working on rooftops with various pitches/surfaces
• •Ability to walk on rafters/shingles without causing damage
• •Ability to maneuver in attics, basements, or crawl spaces (bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching)
• •Ability to work while wearing heavy protective equipment, including arc flash suits, gloves, face shields, and fall protection harnesses
• •Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions (extreme heat/cold, wet environments) and low-light or full-sun settings
• •Fine motor skills (manipulation, grasping, pinching)
• •Normal color vision (ability to distinguish wiring colors such as red, black, yellow, white, and green)
• •Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• •Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• •Must be able to lift 100 lbs with assistance
• •Must be available for weekend shifts
• •Must be available for travel between St. Louis and Chicago

• •Must be willing to safely plan, execute, and complete Main Panel Upgrades (MPU) and complex solar battery installations
• •Must be willing to diagnose system issues, troubleshoot electrical problems, and carry out necessary repairs or upgrades to support solar equipment
• •Must be willing to work directly with local inspectors to satisfy local jurisdiction requirements
• •Must be willing to collaborate with homeowners and branch teams to ensure smooth project completion
• •Must be willing to provide a positive experience for homeowners on-site
