Job Summary
Assemble, install, and dismantle prefabricated booths, modular structures, retail displays, and custom fixtures across the country. Read installation drawings, use hand and power tools to measure, level, and secure components, then load, unload, and transport materials while maintaining a safe work area. Assist with tear-downs and relocation, report issues to the project lead, and represent the company professionally at customer sites nationwide. This role requires 2+ years of construction experience, physical ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly, and extensive travel including overnight stays. All standard benefits apply after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of carpentry, construction, installation, or skilled labor experience
- Experience using common hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read tape measures and perform basic measurements
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working on your feet throughout the day
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to designated meeting locations
- Willingness to travel extensively for projects, including overnight stays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience assembling trade show exhibits, modular buildings, retail fixtures, kiosks, or prefabricated structures
- Finish carpentry or millwork experience
- Experience with warehouse logistics or material handling
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Forklift or aerial lift certification
