Job Summary
Conduct visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance with quality standards while supervising missions and staffing inspectors. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel through daily communications, and perform independent judgments for subjective scenarios. Isolate, tag, and verify nonconforming material; coordinate mission changes and conduct ongoing audits of work effectiveness. Create electronic work instructions, update daily system entries in company and customer portals, and troubleshoot process flow issues with suppliers and customers. Maintain a 5S working environment and ensure all site personnel receive corporate communications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role
- 1+ year in Quality related position
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook
- Proficient in the use of various gauges and measuring devices
- Ability to lift / move 50 lbs.
- Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
- Must be available for frequent travel, including overnight stays
- Must be based in the central Ohio region, with convenient access to Bellefontaine, Marion, Findlay, and Clyde
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role preferred
