Traveling Sheet Metal Foreman

Job Summary
Lead and supervise sheet metal installation crews on commercial HVAC projects across Florida, reading blueprints and interpreting drawings to ensure quality workmanship and on-time project completion. Coordinate daily field operations, manage materials/tools/logistics, and mentor field technicians and apprentices while ensuring safety standards. Travel to multiple Florida project locations (Midway, Fort Pierce, and surrounding areas) with lodging/per diem discussed as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience
- 2+ years in a foreman or leadership role
- Strong ability to read blueprints and layout duct systems
- Proven experience managing crews and job site workflow
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to job site safety
- Willingness to travel statewide (lodging/per diem details to be discussed)
- Valid driver’s license
