Jump into open routes across branches, back up other technicians during busy periods, and travel between locations including overnight trips about 30% of the time while driving roughly 100-200 miles daily. Work toward your state pest control license and certifications while handling customer interactions. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license with a clean record, and ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions. Plunkett's covers hotel and travel costs for overnight trips and provides hands-on training to help you earn your own dedicated route.
Required Qualifications

- Physical requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, and climbing ladders to reach attics and crawlspaces
- Ready to work outside in all kinds of weather and around dust, chemicals, and bugs
- Able to sit and drive for long stretches while on the road
- Comfort using a tablet or phone app to get things done
