Job Summary
Traveling Sales Specialist to oversee and drive occupancy across senior living communities with frequent travel to Colorado Springs, CO and Texas communities. Responsibilities include interim sales leadership during transitions or new openings, qualifying and following up on inquiries and tours to convert leads into residents, community engagement with residents' families and partners, executing marketing strategies to promote visibility and drive traffic, collaborating with Executive Directors, analyzing sales metrics, and traveling to assigned communities across Texas and other states. Requires 2+ years in sales within senior living/healthcare/hospitality, CRM and Office proficiency, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a willingness to travel 100% of the time; based in Texas preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in sales within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries
- Previous experience in a regional or traveling sales role is a plus
- Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to different community cultures
- Travel 100% of time and not limited to Texas
- Location: Based in Texas (preferred)
