Job Summary

Traveling Sales Specialist drives occupancy for senior living communities by serving as an interim sales leader, managing leads, and executing marketing strategies. Responsibilities include qualifying inquiries, tours, referrals, and building relationships with residents, families, and community partners; collaborating with Executive Directors to implement sales initiatives; tracking sales metrics and providing improvement recommendations; and traveling frequently to communities across Texas and other states. The role emphasizes relationship-building, lead management, and marketing execution, with emphasis on CRM proficiency and a track record in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in sales within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries
  • Experience in a regional or traveling sales role is a plus
  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to different community cultures
  • Travel 100% of time and not limited to Texas
