Job Summary
Traveling Sales Specialist focusing on senior living communities' occupancy growth; serves as an interim sales leader for communities needing temporary support, qualifies and follows up on inquiries, tours, and referrals to convert leads into residents, builds relationships with residents, families, and community partners, and supports marketing strategies to promote visibility and drive traffic. Travel frequently to assigned communities across Texas and other states; requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently across multiple communities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in sales within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
- Experience in a regional or traveling sales role is a plus.
