Traveling Sales Manager

Job Summary
Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs, delivering engaging consultations that convert leads into long-term customers. Manage the full sales cycle including closing and retention, while analyzing KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue. Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance, utilizing consultative selling techniques and financing options to exceed sales goals. Foster strong client relationships through personalized solutions and exceptional service, supporting daily operations including scheduling and systems usage. After training, assist in onboarding new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers. This role requires 100% travel flexibility with expenses covered, residing near a major airport, and includes comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2-5 employees)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to a major airport
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
- Ability to quickly adapt to new locations, teams, and business needs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
