Job Summary
Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs, delivering engaging consultations that convert leads into long-term customers. Manage the full sales cycle, including closing and retention, while driving revenue by achieving and exceeding key performance metrics. Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to maintain a positive culture, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize operations and foster client referrals. After completing training, support onboarding for new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers. This full-time role requires 100% travel with a valid driver's license and residence near a major airport, offering uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2-5 employees)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to a major airport
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
- Ability to quickly adapt to new locations, teams, and business needs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
