Job Summary
Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs, delivering engaging consultations that convert leads into long-term customers. Manage the full sales cycle including closing and retention, while analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and coach a team of two to five employees. Drive revenue by exceeding sales goals, promoting treatment packages, and utilizing financing options to improve conversion rates. Support daily clinic operations, including scheduling and systems usage, and foster strong client relationships through personalized solutions. After training, assist in onboarding new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers. This role requires 100% travel with a valid driver's license and residence near a major airport.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2-5 employees)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to a major airport
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
- Ability to quickly adapt to new locations, teams, and business needs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
