Job Summary
Traveling Clinic Manager role based out of Salt Lake City, UT. Full-time, salaried position responsible for operational and sales leadership across Milan’s 400+ clinics, delivering engaging client consultations, driving revenue through consultative selling, managing the full sales cycle (consultation, closing, and retention), coaching a team of 2–5 employees, and supporting onboarding of new Clinic Managers. Requires 2+ years in a commission-driven sales environment, strong negotiation and closing skills, high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred), willingness to travel 100%, and residence near a major airport. Travel nationwide to perform duties, with base in Salt Lake City and extensive travel consistent with the role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Residence within close proximity to a major airport
- Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel
