Traveling Sales Manager

Job Summary
Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs, delivering engaging consultations that convert leads into long-term customers. Manage the full sales cycle including closing and retention, drive revenue by exceeding goals, and analyze KPIs to identify growth opportunities. Coach a team of two to five employees, foster strong client relationships, and support daily operations including scheduling and performance tracking. After training, assist in onboarding new managers. This role requires 100% travel with expenses covered, residing near a major airport, and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2-5 employees)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to a major airport
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
- Ability to quickly adapt to new locations, teams, and business needs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
