Job Summary
Travel to clinic locations nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs, delivering engaging consultations that convert leads into long-term customers. Manage the full sales cycle including closing and retention, drive revenue by exceeding key performance metrics, and coach a team of 2–5 employees to maintain high performance. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, utilize financing options to improve conversion rates, and foster strong client relationships through personalized solutions. After training, support onboarding of new Clinic Managers. This role requires 100% travel, a valid driver's license, and residence near a major airport. Compensation includes $64,800 annually plus uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2-5 employees)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to a major airport
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
- Ability to quickly adapt to new locations, teams, and business needs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
