Job Summary
Conduct operational and sales leadership across Milan's 400+ clinic locations, delivering client consultations and managing the full sales cycle from lead conversion to retention. Drive revenue by exceeding sales goals, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance, and coaching teams of two to five employees toward excellence. Foster strong client relationships through personalized solutions, financing options, and consultative selling techniques while supporting daily clinic operations including scheduling and systems usage. After completing training, provide onboarding and training for new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers. This full-time, salaried role requires 100% travel with expenses covered, necessitating residence near a major airport and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2-5 employees)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and sales software
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles for business travel
- Residence within close proximity to a major airport
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (100%) with flexibility for changing schedules
- Ability to quickly adapt to new locations, teams, and business needs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
