Traveling Safety Manager - CHST Required

Job Summary
Conduct weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analyses, and establish orientation programs for all new project workers. Assist in developing a zero injury safety culture by facilitating training, maintaining safety logs, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. Stop work immediately for any violations, investigate incidents, and report findings to subcontractors for corrective actions. This full-time traveling position requires a Higher Level BCSP Cert and supports the Concrete Strategies safety team in executing corporate standards across multiple projects.
Required Qualifications

- CHST
- GSP
- ASP
- CSP
- Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- At least (3) years of safety experience or combination of education/multiple years experience in building construction
- With a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques
- OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer
- Computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual
