Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. This traveling position requires regular travel as a primary role component, with various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time including overnight hotel stays. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with customers and management, perform physical work involving lifting up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
- Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time
